Bonnie Sweeten

Bonnie holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial, along with Accident, Health, Life and Variable Lines Insurance Licenses.  

She works closely with our existing clients to help them navigate their life and health insurance needs with clarity and confidence. Bonnie serves as a steady point of contact—coordinating policy reviews, assisting with applications and beneficiary updates, and ensuring coverage aligns with each client’s evolving financial plan. Whether it’s evaluating life insurance for income protection* and legacy planning or helping clients understand their health insurance options, she focuses on making the process organized, efficient, and seamless.  Her goal is to support our planning process and provide a high level of service so our clients feel cared for, informed, and confident that every detail is thoughtfully managed.

Along with her insurance role, Bonnie also serves as the Operations Manager for Element Wealth Planning.  She coordinates all marketing initiatives, spearheads event planning, serves as Human Resources and uses her graphic design background to create all client facing material.

Bonnie and Glenn have been married for 17 years with two beautiful daughters, Grace and Bryn, and a sassy French Bulldog, Rocky. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and enjoys creating aesthetically pleasing and memorable events.
