After more than a decade of service in the United States Army, Glenn transitioned his commitment to serving others into the financial planning profession. While completing his B.S. in Business Administration through studies at Drexel University and Post University, he recognized the significant gap in financial education—particularly among military families.

Driven by a desire to help individuals and families make informed, confident financial decisions, Glenn leveraged his military leadership experience to begin a career as a financial advisor in the Philadelphia area in 2013 and relocated his practice to Delaware in 2015.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor®, Glenn measures every client relationship through three core pillars: education, guidance, and encouragement. He believes clients are best served when they fully understand their options, receive thoughtful direction tailored to their circumstances, and are supported in pursuing their long-term objectives. These outcomes are achieved through disciplined planning, prudent decision-making, and a rigorous, well-defined process.

Glenn formed Element Wealth Planning in 2024 after serving for more than a decade in leadership positions at a Fortune 500 Financial Firm.  His intention for creating Element Wealth Planning was to have a greater impact on client outcomes, expand capabilities, have control over technology, and provide a higher level of service then previously capable.

Supporting Glenn and the Element Wealth Planning team is a dedicated team of research analysts, capital markets professionals, tax strategists, and other subject matter experts across the financial industry. Together, they design and implement comprehensive strategies to address clients’ business planning, retirement readiness, tax efficiency, estate considerations, insurance needs, education funding, and long-term wealth accumulation goals.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Glenn prioritizes time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Bonnie, for 16 years, and they have two daughters, Grace and Bryn. As a family, they enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
